Stage Equipment and Rentals

The following stage equipment is included with base rent:

Stage house curtains
Border lights
Wash lights (curtain and stage)

Additional charges apply for theater lighting or sound system adjustments requiring staff time. See Equipment Rental Rates below for details.

Room Set-up Fees

The base rent for facilities does not include the cost to set up and tear down tables and chairs. Set up and tear down must be performed by a facility staff member to comply with fire and safety guidelines. The rate for set up and tear down is as follows:

1-100 attendees:	$100 fee
101-200 attendees:	$200 fee
201-500 attendees:	$300 fee
501 or more attendees:	$400 fee
