The Sonoma County Community Development Commission (CDC) is dedicated to creating homes for all in thriving and inclusive neighborhoods. The CDC was established in 1978 as the County's public housing authority and is Sonoma County's lead agency for housing and homeless programs.

Now Available - Upcoming Affordable Homeownership Opportunity from Burbank Housing
A new affordable homeownership opportunity will soon be available in Santa Rosa for income eligible buyers. Burbank Housing, the program administrator for the Sonoma County Community Development Commission’s affordable homeownership programs, is partnering with Lenox Homes and Sonoma County to bring this opportunity to the community.
