Sonoma County Animal Services is now providing the following services for pet owners in the Town of Windsor:
- Animal noise complaints
- Stray animal pick up
- Dead animal pick up
- Bite investigations
- Pet licensing
Rohnert Park Animal Services is providing shelter services, including housing stray animals.

| Lobby | 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday |
| Phones | 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday |
| Dispatch | 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday |

Due to limited staff there will be extended wait times when calling. We encourage you to use the website and FAQ page to find answers to general questions.
Sonoma County Animal Services is closed to the public Sundays, Mondays and holidays.
