The purpose of this RFP is to identify a qualified entity to serve as the owner, developer, and operator of the Commercial Parcel per the parameters of this RFP. New income and rent limits are now available on the Commission's website - these limits are effective as of June 1, 2026.
Notice of Availability for Public Review and Public Hearing Notice - FY2026-27 Annual Action Plan
A draft of the Sonoma County 2026-2027 One Year Action Plan has been prepared and is available for review and public comment from May 18, 2026, through June 17, 2026. Comments may be submitted by email to Valerie.Johnson@sonomacounty.gov, or in writing to the Sonoma County Community Development Commission. Sonoma County Housing Authority opens waitlists for project-based vouchers
The Sonoma County Housing Authority will accept waitlist applications for senior studio and one-bedroom project-based voucher waitlist lotteries from June 1 through June 30. The waitlists will be for applicants 62 or over who meet the qualifications for “very low income,” which is at or below 50 percent of area median income.
