AIR QUALITY ADVISORY ISSUED DUE TO PICKETT FIRE

The Bay Area Air District has issued an advisory: Smoke from the Pickett Fire in Napa County will continue to affect air quality in Sonoma County, Friday and Saturday, Aug. 22–23.

  • Stay tuned to local news and health warnings.
  • Check current conditions at fire.airnow.gov.
  • Protect your health by limiting outdoor activity if smoke is present.

As evacuations continue in Napa County, it’s a reminder to stay emergency ready. Wildfire season is here — are you prepared? Being ready can save lives, protect homes and keep our communities safer.
