RFP for Building Use for Peer Wellness Center Services
The County of Sonoma Department of Health Services (Department) is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Building Use for Peer Wellness Center Services. The County intends to award two revocable license agreements to a single operator for the use of these facilities to provide recovery-oriented, peer-led behavioral health services designed to promote hope, empowerment, community connection, and improved quality of life for adults experiencing serious behavioral health challenges.

The evaluation panel carefully reviewed and analyzed the proposals received in response to the above-mentioned solicitation. Based upon that review and analysis, we are recommending to the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors that the contract be awarded to HomeFirst Services of Santa Clara County.
