Sonoma County Homeless Coalition Quarterly Membership Meetings

Sonoma County Homeless Coalition Membership Meetings are held on a quarterly basis. These meetings are an opportunity to provide updates on homeless initiatives within Sonoma County, provide trainings, to offer a venue for collaboration, and for interested parties to become a member of the Sonoma County Homeless Coalition.

These meetings are open to the public, anyone who is interested in preventing and ending homelessness in our community can attend.

Sonoma County Homeless Coalition Membership Applications

The Sonoma County Homeless Coalition is now accepting applications to become a member of the Homeless Coalition. The Sonoma County Homeless Coalition addresses the problems of housing and homelessness by having a countywide, community-informed, and person-centered CoC system that is compassionate, inclusive, financially responsible, equitable, coordinated, and outcomes-based. Anyone or any entity committed to the prevention and ending of homeless is welcome in the Continuum of Care. Please see the attached membership application if you or your organization is interested in applying for General Membership or Voting Membership. 

Homeless Coalition Voting and General Membership

Membership is open year-round. Individuals can join as general members, while Sonoma County organizations may apply for voting membership, granting one vote per organization in Homeless Coalition Board elections. Voting membership is approved by the Board Chair and Vice Chair, requires demonstrating a local presence, and involves no dues, fees, or annual re-application.
