2023 - 2026 ESC Memorandum of Understanding: Article 3: Recognition
3.1
The County recognizes ESC as the sole recognized employee organization for the Health Professional Non-supervisory Bargaining Unit. The Bargaining Unit consists of all full-time and part-time employees in the classifications listed in Appendix A which is referred to and made part of this Memorandum.
3.2
Excluded from the Bargaining Unit are employees represented by another employee organization under the County’s Employee Relations Policy, supervisory and confidential employees.
