Board of Supervisors - District 3
The 3rd Supervisorial District is bounded on the north by Steele Lane, to the east primarily by Petaluma Hill Road, to the west by a combination of roads, including S. Wright Road, Llano Road, and Highway 101, and to the south by East Cotati Ave to Sonoma State University.
The district includes central Santa Rosa, the Roseland and Moorland areas of Santa Rosa, and most of Rohnert Park east of Highway 101.

Maria Christina Rivera, County of Sonoma Executive Officer, has announced her plan to retire in early 2026. Rivera’s nearly 30-year career in public service, marked by her unwavering dedication, integrity and change-making leadership, culminated in becoming the first Latina to lead the County.
