Remote Connect
This system is for the exclusive use of Sonoma County Government Employees and staff of other agencies within County Government Only. Any unauthorized access through this system will be prosecuted under applicable laws.
Please note that in order to use these services you must have a County network account with an established password. If you have any questions regarding authorized access to this service, please contact your supervisor.

VPN
Connect to the County network via a secure VPN (Virtual Private Network) to directly access internal resources. This includes the ability to RDP (Remote Desktop) to your County PC.
Download the appropriate file for your Operating System, extract the zip, and run the installer.

Softphone, Chat, and Presence
Connect to the County Chat Services (Jabber) on or off the VPN connection. This includes the ability to make and take calls on your County phone number.
