The Sonoma County Community Development Commission (Commission) invites you to respond to a Request for Information (RFI) for the Civic and/or Commercial parcels at Tierra de Rosas. Tierra de Rosas is the master development located at 665 Sebastopol Road in the Roseland neighborhood of Santa Rosa. Volunteers Needed for the 2026 Point-in-Time Count!

The County of Sonoma is currently looking for volunteers to help with the 2026 Point-in-Time Count! The Point-in-Time (PIT) Count is a day in which local government staff and volunteers come together and go out into community to collect data about the number of individuals experiencing homelessness in their respective communities. The Point-in-Time Count is a federal requirement for government jurisdictions interested in receiving federal homeless assistance funds. It also provides critical data for understanding local homelessness and supporting strategic decisions about the County’s homeless support programs. Read full story
