RFP Mental Health Patients’ Rights Advocate Services
The Sonoma County Department of Health Services (Department) is pleased to invite qualified organizations and individuals to respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Mental Health Patients’ Rights Advocate services for Sonoma County. The successful proposer will protect and promote the rights of individuals receiving behavioral health services by conducting Lanterman-Petris-Short (LPS) certification review hearings, investigating complaints, notifying patients of their individual rights, monitoring compliance with state and federal patients’ rights requirements, providing education and training, and collaborating with County staff, providers, individuals served and community partners.
