June 2, 2026, Statewide Direct Primary Election: Local Measures Filed
See below for a list of local measures that have been filed and accepted by the Sonoma County Registrar of Voters Office to appear on the ballot in the June 2, 2026, Statewide Direct Primary Election. It does not include any statewide measures. Furthermore, it is not final and is not guaranteed to be accurate. A final official list of local measures, including impartial analyses, arguments, rebuttals, full texts, etc., will not be available until mid-April.

- Measure A: Twin Hills Union School District Bond
- Filed and placed on the ballot on 2/24/26

- Statement of Accuracy (PDF): Use this form to submit arguments and/or rebuttals for/against Measure A. The form can be printed but it cannot be submitted online, by email, by fax, etc. A paper copy with wet signatures must be filed in person at our office.
- Arguments for/against Measure A are due March 13, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., at our office
- Rebuttals to arguments for/against Measure A are due March 20, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., at our office. Rebuttals are only allowed if at least one argument in favor of the measure and at least one argument against the measure have been filed.
- Measure B: Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit District Sales Tax Extension
- Important Note: The Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit District is a multi-county jurisdiction comprised of all of Sonoma County and all of Marin County. According to California Elections Code section 9611, since Sonoma County has more registered voters than Marin County, Sonoma County is considered the "lead county" for purposes of Measure B. This means that all arguments and rebuttals must be submitted to the Sonoma County Registrar of Voters Office, not the Marin County Elections Office. In addition, if multiple arguments or rebuttals are submitted, the Sonoma County Registrar of Voters will determine which arguments/rebuttals are selected.
