Desktop Support

The Desktop Support team offers tier-2, on-site solutions for technical issues associated with the County’s 3,500 workstations and 650 printers. This team provides support for the Microsoft 365 office suite, which includes Microsoft Teams and its corresponding first and third-party plugins. 

Collaborating with the ISD Warehouse and Procurement teams, the Desktop Support team coordinates the Desktop Modernization Program, which manages the procurement and replacement of approximately 600 to 900 County laptop and desktop devices each year.
