1. Call to order 9:00 am
2. Business
   1. Response to National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) closing the San Bruno, CA location
      1. Seana Gause distributed proposed letter from HRC to NARA for review
      2. Request to edit to add senators and local representatives; Seana Gause to provide list of additional CCs to Secretary.
      3. Request to edit letter for grammar and individual HRC Commissioner names
      4. Secretary to prepare edited letter on HRC letterhead and send out letter to all recipients.  Secretary to also send out letter to the Heritage Network with additional instruction to direct people to look at the group Save our National Archives: https://www.SaveOurNationalArchives.org/
